군산시의회 고소 파문, 윤리특위 구성

10월말까지 가동, 위원장에 조부철 부의장

특위 구성 과정 매끄럽지 못해 빈축

군산시의원의 막말·고소파문과 관련해 군산시의회가 윤리특별위원회를 구성했다.

23일 정례회 2차 본회의에서 의결된 윤리특별위는 조부철, 최동진, 김경구, 김영일, 설경민, 이복, 서동완 의원 등 7명의 위원으로 구성됐다.

특별위원장은 조부철 부의장, 부위원장은 김영일 의원이 선임됐다.

윤리특별위는 이번 막말 사건에 대한 진상조사와 징계수위 결정하게 된다.

특위 가동 기간은 오는 10월 말까지다.

시의회는 그러나 의원들의 의견수렴 없이 임의로 특위 참여 의원을 선임했다가 사전 조율 없이 위원 선임을 했다는 일부 의원의 거센 항의를 초래함은 물론 뒤늦게 2명의 위원을 교체 하는 등 일관성 없는 모습을 보여 빈축을 샀다.
