군산공설시장 조감도

군산공설시장 현대화사업 신축공사 시공사인 ㈜엘드건설이 지난 20일 금융권에서 돌아온 어음을 막지 못해 1차 부도처리 됨에 따라 공사 차질이 예상되고 있다.

엘드건설은 공설시장 건축부문을 담당하고 있어 공사에 차질이 예상되고 있다.

21일 금융업계에 따르면 엘드건설은 기업은행과 신한은행으로부터 돌아온 어음 17억원을 처리하지 못했다.

엘드건설은 올해 시공능력평가액(시평액) 전국 116위(전북 4위, 1889억원)의 중견 건설업체로 전북지역 핵심 건설사 중 하나로 부도 원인은 대전광역시 도안신도시 수목토 아파트 미분양 적체에 따른 자금 압박인 것으로 알려지고 있다.

한편 군산공설시장은 1층은 전통시장 형태로 운영되고, 2층은 한약재를 포함한 공산품 판매장, 3층 여성다목적실, 옥상 주차장 등 2만720㎡ 규모로 지어지며, 200억원의 예산이 소요된다.
