GM대우, 산업은행 대출금 1조1262억원 상환

회사 재무 실적 개선 성과

GM 대우는 1일, 산업은행과의 잔여 회전대출 총 1조 1262억원을 전액 상환한다고 밝혔다.

이번 대출금 상환으로 GM 대우와 채권단과의 기존 여신약정은 12월 중 종료된다.

GM 대우 마이크 아카몬 사장은 “대출금 잔액을 모두 상환하게 된 것은 회사 재무성과의 괄목할만한 신장에 기반한 것이며, 이로써 회사의 미래 금융비용이 감소할 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

한편, GM 대우는 회사의 제 2대주주인 산업은행이 제기한 협의사항에 대해서는 계속 논의해나갈 예정이다.
