군산항 7부두 운영선사 세방 컨소시엄 선정

내년 1월부터 5년간 운영

군산지방해양항만청은 군산항의 핵심부두인 7부두 운영선사로 세방+대한통운+동방 컨소시엄이 선정되었다고 28일 밝혔다.

군산항만청 관계자에 따르면 군산항 7부두 운영선사를 신청한 선광+한진+세아로지스 컨소시엄과 세방+대한통운+동방 컨소시엄을 심의한 결과 세방+대한통운+동방의 컨소시엄이 높은 점수를 받았다고 밝혔다.

이에 따라 세방+대한통운+동방 컨소시엄은 내년 1월부터 5년동안 7부두를 운영하게 된다.

한편 군산항만청은 부두운영회사선정과 관련된 심사의 공정성, 신뢰성, 객관성의 확보를 위해 심사에 참여치 않고 회의진행만 주재하는 위원장으로 군산해양항만청장을 포함, 해운항만 및 물류분야 전문가 7명으로 심사위원회를 구성했다.

심사에서는 100점만점에 기준임대료와 추가임대료, 항만현대화기금을 고려한 비용평가에 30점, 화물유치및 부두운영역량, 항만현대화 기여도, 업체신뢰도을 감안한 부두활성화 평가에 70점이 할당됐다.
